If you stick around here long enough -or if you're a reader of my personal blog- you may recognize this family. Their (current) youngest is pictured in the top left of my blog header. They are wonderful people and special friends. Élise was one of the first people to approach me and introduce herself when we moved here two years ago. So being able to capture these images of them with their three sweet kiddos and baby 4.0 was a huge pleasure.
This next shot was completely spontaneous on Edouard's part. He'd been outside playing with his siblings, but when he saw what was going on he ran in and sat down next to his mom with his soccer ball in his lap. He's such a little ham... and I'll take two just like him thankyouverymuch.
This was such a fun idea that Élise had! The kids had fun sticking the notes all over her belly.
Do you get it?? DO YOU LOVE IT?!
And then out to a field not far away for some fun running through the tall grass and picking flowers for maman.
This next picture may be one of my favourites I've ever taken. Easily top three. This needs to be blown up and hung over your couch or bed.
Pat and Élise, you two are too cute.
Everyone who knows Élise has seen or received a pair of these sweet baby slippers she makes. The questions now is BOY or GIRL?
I'm reeeeeally hoping it's a girl! Élise has spent way too much time sewing ADORABLE girly clothes for Lilou, that it would be a shame not to be able to use them again with another sweet baby girl. So my fingers are crossed for an 'XX' *see above.
You can all rest assured that you'll be seeing pictures of this snuggly, squishy baby -whatever it is- in the coming weeks!

Haaaaaa! Thank you sooooo much Amy! The whole familly in black and white is my favorite too, and I order a 8 X 10 because IT NEED to be in a frame!! (Now I just need to find a couch to hang it over! Ha!)
ReplyDeleteAnd I know you want me to have a girl...almost all the baby session you have done are baby boys!! hihi! :)
xoxo
